[Case Study] Standardization of Work Processes Using Wrapping Equipment
Pursuing total cost reduction in the long term, including aspects such as equipment rigidity, machining accuracy, and assembly precision!
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of our lapping machine for spline inner surface polishing. In the finishing process of gears used in precision machinery, spline inner surface polishing was performed manually. However, this task had significant variations in finishing quality and was essentially reliant on the intuition and experience of veteran workers. After the introduction of this machine, the tasks that were previously done manually were automated, allowing for consistent finishing quality to be achieved by anyone, at any time. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - Significant variations in finishing quality, relying on the intuition and experience of veteran workers. ■Results - Achieved stabilization of quality. - Achieved standardization of work. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
